Eligibility for Returns

  • Jewelry must be in its original condition, with all parts intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at Team@qream.eu.
  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason or feedback to help us improve.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The return is due to a defective item, wrong size/color, or an error on our part.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs by providing a voucher code.
  • For all other returns, we recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at Team@qream.eu.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the item.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately to request a cancellation.

Exchanges

  • All exchanges include a $10 processing fee to cover shipping and restocking.

Important Notes

  • We currently do not provide free return labels. However, we will reimburse the shipping fee if the return is due to a mistake or defective product.
