Do the QREAM pendants come with chains?

Yes, all our pendants come with chains specially curated for the most beautiful designs.

What materials are used?

We use the highest quality materials, guaranteed by the lifetime warranty we offer. The jewelry is made of 316L Stainless Steel. For the gold jewelry, we use 18K Gold PVD plating for the best result.

Do the jewelry tarnish or fade?

No, we guarantee that the jewelry does not tarnish or fade. All jewelry is water, sweat, and heat resistant.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds to your original payment method for all items at full price returned to us within 14 working days from the delivery date.

For returned sale items or items purchased with a discount code, we offer a store credit or gift card.

Returns

We offer a 14-day exchange or refund guarantee. This 14-day period starts after an order has been delivered to the customer.

Please note that we are not responsible for paying any customs fees (import duties or taxes) for return shipments. You are responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend returning your order using a trackable shipping method or requesting proof of postage, as we cannot refund/exchange for lost return shipments.

Orders returned to the warehouse after the 14-day exchange or refund window has expired will be sent back to the customer or store credit can be arranged.
