If you encounter any of the above issues, simply send a clear photo of the affected item, along with your order number, to team@qream.eu. We will either process a replacement for you or issue QREAM store credit to choose something else from our collection.

What Our Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover

To maintain fairness, our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Loss or theft of your QREAM jewelry.
  • Intentional damage or damage caused by mishandling or improper care.
  • Damage caused by third-party alterations or repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches or dents from everyday use.
  • Claims without a photo of the defective item.
