What the QREAM Lifetime Warranty covers:
Our lifetime warranty covers everything we mention will not happen to your QREAM piece.
Simply send a photo of the item to our support team at team@qream.eu, along with your order number, and we will process a replacement item for you or award QREAM store credit to purchase something else from our store.
No questions, no judgment, no hassle.
Our lifetime warranty only covers what we mention will not happen. If your QREAM piece is lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or damaged by a third party, we cannot cover this. Failure to provide a photo of the defective/faulty item will invalidate the warranty.
QREAM applies a fair usage policy within the lifetime warranty and reserves the right to reject claims if the policy is abused.
